2. Requests You May Submit
- Access or know what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy of certain personal information.

3. How to Submit a Privacy Request
Email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request.
Include your full name, email address, country and state/province of residence, the type of request, and enough detail for us to understand and locate relevant information.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Requests
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to a message from One Constraint.
For messaging assistance, reply HELP, call 725-330-9088, or email [email protected].
If you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message. You may later opt in again through an approved consent method.
5. Identity Verification
We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with our records, confirming control of an email address or phone number, requesting details about your interaction with us, or using another proportionate method.
6. Authorized Agents
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may also ask you to verify your identity directly.
7. Response Timing
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Timing varies by jurisdiction and request complexity.
8. Appeals
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal and we deny your request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explain the basis for your appeal.
9. Marketing Opt-Out
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, reply STOP to SMS, or contact us.
You may still receive communications that are legally permitted and not covered by the opt-out.
10. Cookies and Targeted Advertising
Use the cookie-preference tool on our website where available. Qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, will be honored where required by applicable law.

12. Complaints to Regulators
